1. About Proofly

Proofly is a mobile application developed by Agric-Care Uganda Limited ("Agric-Care", "we", "us", or "our") that allows users to scan, organize, search, and retrieve personal documents such as receipts, warranties, medical documents, and academic documents, with storage backed by the user's own Google Drive account.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Proofly. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.

3. Your Account

To use Proofly, you sign in with a Google account and grant the App permission to access a designated area of your Google Drive. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account credentials and for all activity that occurs through your account.

4. Your Content

You retain full ownership of all documents, images, and files you scan or store using Proofly ("Your Content"). Because Your Content is stored in your own Google Drive, Agric-Care does not claim any ownership rights over it. You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of Your Content, and for keeping independent backups of any documents that are important to you.

5. Acceptable Use

When using Proofly, you agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or to store unlawful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App, other users' accounts, or connected systems
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or interfere with the App's normal operation
• Use the App in a way that could damage, disable, or impair its functionality for other users

6. Google Drive Dependency

Proofly's storage and backup features depend on your Google account and Google Drive being accessible and in good standing. Agric-Care is not responsible for any loss of access to Your Content caused by changes to your Google account, revoked permissions, Google service outages, or your own deletion of files within Google Drive.

7. Service Availability

We aim to keep Proofly available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may be added, changed, or removed over time, and we may suspend or discontinue the App, in whole or in part, with or without notice.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Proofly is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Agric-Care does not warrant that document scans will be error-free, that OCR or extracted data will be fully accurate, or that the App will meet every requirement for legal, tax, warranty, or medical record-keeping purposes. Where documents have legal or financial significance, you are responsible for retaining originals as needed.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Agric-Care Uganda Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, documents, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of or inability to use the App.

10. Termination

You may stop using Proofly at any time by uninstalling the App and revoking its access to your Google account. We may suspend or terminate access to the App for users who violate these Terms.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uganda, without regard to conflict of law principles.
