VoxReply — AI Communication for Agribusiness by Agric-Care Uganda Limited

VoxReply is designed around user-initiated communication. The App does not read your WhatsApp, Telegram, Messenger, or other conversations automatically. You choose the voice message you want to process and share it with VoxReply through the Android Share Sheet. VoxReply then processes the audio and related information needed to help you understand and respond to the message.
VoxReply is developed and operated by Agric-Care Uganda Limited ("Agric-Care", "we", "us", or "our"), an agribusiness company incorporated in Kampala, Uganda. VoxReply is designed to support communication across agricultural value chains, including communication between farmers, traders, suppliers, buyers, processors, transporters, extension teams, and international business partners.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, process, share, and protect information when you use the VoxReply mobile application ("the App") and related VoxReply services.
Depending on how you use VoxReply, we may process the following categories of information:
VoxReply is designed to work through Android's sharing mechanism. The App does not automatically read or monitor your conversations in WhatsApp, Telegram, Messenger, Viber, or other messaging applications.
VoxReply does not require an accessibility service, notification listener, floating overlay, or screen-scraping mechanism to perform its core voice-message workflow. You decide which audio file is shared with the App.
We use information processed through VoxReply to provide and improve the features you request, including:
We do not use the content of your private communications for advertising purposes. We do not sell your voice messages, transcripts, or generated responses.
Typical workflow: You share a voice message → VoxReply processes the audio → speech is transcribed → language and message context are processed → reply suggestions are generated → you select or edit a reply → the reply may be translated → a voice response may be generated → you share the resulting audio back to the relevant messaging application.
VoxReply is an AI-assisted communication tool. Depending on the requested language and feature, processing may involve third-party artificial intelligence and cloud infrastructure providers acting as service providers for VoxReply.
To provide speech recognition, language processing, translation, and text-to-speech functionality, VoxReply may send relevant audio or text data to authorized technology providers used by the service.
Depending on the language, feature, routing decision, and service availability, these providers may include specialized speech and AI infrastructure such as Sunbird AI, DeepInfra, and Anthropic services. The specific provider used may vary because VoxReply uses different AI engines for African-language speech, international speech, translation, response generation, and voice generation.
We aim to send only the information reasonably necessary for the requested AI operation. Third-party processing is subject to the applicable provider's terms, privacy practices, and contractual arrangements with Agric-Care where applicable.
VoxReply is designed to work alongside messaging applications such as WhatsApp, Telegram, Messenger, and other compatible applications through Android sharing.
VoxReply does not control the privacy practices, security, storage, or processing performed by those messaging applications. When you share an original or generated voice message with another application, that application's own privacy policy and terms apply to the subsequent processing.
VoxReply may temporarily process audio files, transcripts, translations, generated responses, and related technical information while providing the requested service. Data may also be retained for limited periods where necessary for account operation, security, troubleshooting, billing, legal compliance, or service reliability.
We seek to limit retention of communication content to what is reasonably necessary for the service. Where a feature allows a generated audio file or other output to be saved on your device, you remain responsible for managing that locally stored copy.
VoxReply does not require users to grant the App access to their entire messaging history. Processing begins with content that the user explicitly submits to the App.
Agric-Care uses reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect information processed through VoxReply against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, misuse, or destruction.
Where VoxReply uses cloud-based AI services, communication between the App, VoxReply's backend services, and authorized service providers is designed to use appropriate secure network connections.
No internet-based service can guarantee absolute security. Users should avoid submitting highly sensitive information when doing so is unnecessary for the intended communication.
We may share or disclose information processed through VoxReply only as reasonably necessary to operate the service or comply with legal obligations, including:
We do not sell personal information or private communication content to third parties.
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or information about personal data associated with your use of VoxReply.
You may also stop using VoxReply and uninstall the App at any time. Where content has already been shared with another messaging application, stored on your device, or retained by a third-party service under its own terms, you may need to manage that copy directly with the relevant service.

VoxReply is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so that we can take appropriate action.
Because VoxReply may use cloud infrastructure and AI service providers located in different countries, information submitted to the service may be processed outside Uganda. Where applicable, Agric-Care will take reasonable steps to ensure that such processing is subject to appropriate safeguards and contractual or legal protections.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time as VoxReply develops, new features are introduced, or legal and regulatory requirements change. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
