By downloading, installing, or using VoxReply, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
VoxReply is a mobile application developed by Agric-Care Uganda Limited ("Agric-Care", "we", "us", or "our") that helps users understand voice messages, transcribe speech to text, translate between languages, generate AI-assisted reply suggestions, and produce voice responses — with a focus on agribusiness communication across African and international languages.
You must be at least 13 years old to use VoxReply. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.
Some features of VoxReply may require you to sign in or provide access permissions (such as microphone and storage access) so the App can record, process, and share audio. You are responsible for the security of your account and device, and for all activity that occurs through your use of the App.
You retain full ownership of all audio recordings, voice messages, transcriptions, translations, replies, and other content you create or process through VoxReply ("Your Content"). You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of Your Content, and for ensuring you have the right to record, share, and process the audio and messages you submit through the App.
VoxReply uses third-party AI and machine translation services to produce transcriptions, translations, summaries, and reply suggestions. AI-generated output may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and confirming any AI-generated content before relying on it — especially for legal, financial, contractual, or safety-critical communication. VoxReply is a communication aid, not a substitute for professional interpretation or translation services.
When using VoxReply, you agree not to:
VoxReply relies on third-party services (including cloud transcription, translation, and text-to-speech providers) to deliver its features. Agric-Care is not responsible for interruptions, errors, or changes in these third-party services. Continued availability of VoxReply depends on these services remaining accessible and in good standing.
We aim to keep VoxReply available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may be added, changed, or removed over time, and we may suspend or discontinue the App, in whole or in part, with or without notice.
VoxReply is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Agric-Care does not warrant that transcriptions, translations, or replies will be accurate or complete, or that the App will meet every requirement for legal, medical, contractual, or financial communication purposes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Agric-Care Uganda Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, business, or profits, arising from your use of or inability to use the App.
You may stop using VoxReply at any time by uninstalling the App and revoking any permissions you granted. We may suspend or terminate access to the App for users who violate these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uganda, without regard to conflict of law principles.
